If your order is incorrect or if your items have arrived damaged, please let us know within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will make arrangements to replace the incorrect/damaged items.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept ‘change of mind’ returns on our personalised range, dummy clips and teething products due to hygienic reasons. Sorry for the inconvenience.


The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you entered an incorrect address, changes can only be made prior to the order being processed. Where possible Sweet Little Bubs will accommodate address change requests. However, Sweet Little Bubs takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.


We do not refund if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer, if the item is returned to sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs.
