Your first step should be to contact the courier in your shipped confirmation email. After this if you have further queries please Contact Us us via our page.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Simply checkout from your cart and you can pay via PayPal and Credit Card.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email with tracking details.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?

If your order is incorrect or if your items have arrived damaged, please let us know within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will make arrangements to replace the incorrect/damaged items. Unfortunately we are unable to accept ‘change of mind' returns on our personalised range such as dummy clips and teething products due to hygienic reasons. Sorry for the inconvenience.
